(Spencer)– A Spencer man has been charged with indecent exposure as the result of an alleged incident at a Clay county park.
The Clay County Sheriff’s Office says 44-year-old Darrel Folkens was arrested after a deputy found him in a compromising position in an Iowa Department of Transportation truck that was parked in a remote area of Hawk Valley County Park.
Folkens was booked into the Clay county jail on bond of nearly two-thousand dollars.
