(Spencer)– A Spencer teen has been arrested for allegedly sexually abusing a young boy earlier this week.
Spencer police say they received a report that a five-year-old boy had been sexually abused.
Upon investigating, police arrested 16-year-old Benjamin Webster of Spencer on charges of delinquent act–second degree sexual abuse.
Webster is accused of having sexual contact with the boy on Monday of this week.
Webster was transported to the YES Detention Center in Cherokee.
