(Spirit Lake)– Main line paving on Hill Avenue South in Spirit Lake is nearly complete.
Public Works Director Todd Dolphin says the paving is nearly 80 percent complete, with work now kicking into high gear on sidewalks, the trail, bollards, pavers, lighting and other amenities. He says subcontractors will be taking over most of the work.
Dolphin says the project is still on target for completion on October 9th.
Work on the Hill Avenue South project has been ongoing since April.
