(Lakefield)– Minor injuries were reported in a car/tractor accident Saturday morning in Jackson county.
The Minnesota State Patrol says a 1995 Chevrolet driven by 20-year-old Adam Kolander of Lakefield and a John Deer Tractor driven by 77-year-old Curtis Hansen of Lakefield collided in a rearend-type collision on Highway 86 four miles north of Lakefield.
Kolander and a passenger in the vehicle he was driving, 16-year-old Justin Kolander also of Lakefield, were treated for bumps and bruises. No injuries were reported to Hansen.
The vehicle driven by Adam Kolander was totaled. Minor damage was reported to the tractor.
The mishap took place shortly before 8:30 a.m. Saturday.
