(Rock Rapids)– Charges have been filed against three men from Osceola county for allegedly setting a pickup on fire earlier this month.
The Lyon County Sheriff’s Office says 25-year-old Justin Kruger and 24-year-old Christopher Palsrok…both of Sibley…and 22-year-old Richard Jansma of Ashton were charged in the incident that allegedly took place on August 1st.
Kruger and Jansma were charged with second degree arson…a class “C” felony. Palsrok was charged with third degree burglary, an aggravated misdemeanor, for allegedly stealing a part off the pickup before it was set on fire.
All three were booked into the Osceola county jail.
