(Everly)– A Spencer teen has been arrested for allegedly shooting a Milford youth.

The Dickinson County Sheriff’s Office says it was notified Monday about the shooting of a 17-year-old Milford youth who was at an underage beer party at 1330 260th Street near Everly. Authorities say the youth had been shot three different times by an air rifle. The youth, whose name hasn’t been released, was taken to Spencer Hospital and was later transferred to Sioux Valley Hospital in Sioux Falls.

The Sheriff’s Office interviewed and then arrested 18-year-old Kevin Lee Carrillo of Spencer who was charged with intimidation with a dangerous weapon. Carillo was transported to the Dickinson county jail with bond set at 10-thousand dollars.
