(Jackson, Mn.)– A rural Jackson, Minnesota teen was injured in a one-vehicle accident Sunday.
The Jackson County Sheriff’s Office says 16-year-old Andrea Ringgenberg of rural Jackson lost control of a 2000 Oldsmobile as she was southbound on County Road 29 just north of the Emmet county line. The vehicle left the road and went into the south ditch.
Ringgenberg was transported by ambulance to the Jackson Medical Center.
Moderate damage was reported to the vehicle.
The mishap took place shortly before 11:00 a.m. Sunday.
The Jackson County Sheriff’s Office was assisted on the scene by the Emmet County Sheriff’s Office, Alpha Fire Department and the Jackson Ambulance.
