(Sioux City)– A Spencer man has been sentenced to more than 12 years in federal prison on meth charges.
42-year-old Steven Rowberg pleaded guilty previously to conspiracy to manufacture and distribute methamphetamine within a thousand feet of the North School Park in Spencer. He was sentenced September 9th in U-S District Court in Sioux City to 151 months in prison.
In a plea agreement, Rowberg admitted that between about 2002 and continuing through February 21st, 2003, he and others manufactured and distributed atleast 50 grams of pure methamphetamine.
In addition to the prison term, Rowberg must also serve a 10-year term of supervised release.
