(Milford)– Drug charges have been filed against a 17-year-old male juvenile from Milford in connection with a search of a residence that turned up a safe, electronic scale, packaging materials, drug paraphernalia, cash, marijuana and electronic devices.
The juvenile, who’s name has been released, was charged Sunday evening with possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver within a thousand feet of an elementary school; possession of marijuana; possession of drug paraphernalia; holding gatherings where controlled substances are unlawfully used; child endangerment and a drug tax stamp violation.
Authorities say the investigation is ongoing and more arrests are likely.
Milford police were assisted by the Arnolds Park and Okoboji Police Departments.
