(Milford)– Milford firefighters were called to a corn dryer fire around 8:00 p.m. Tuesday at the Gary Swenson farm at 2644 260th Street.
Fire Chief Don Eckard tells KUOO news crews had to cut a hole in the dryer to drain out the corn which had burned pretty good.
Eckard says they were able to contain the blaze to just one part of the dryer.
The Milford Fire Department was on the scene about an hour and-a-half.
No injuries were reported.
