(Worthington)– An Akron, Iowa man escaped injury in a one-vehicle crash Christmas Day on Interstate 90 just east of Rushmore in Nobles county.
The Minnesota State Patrol says 40-year-old Curtis Madsen of Akron lost control of a 2000 Ford Ranger that left the road, traveled through a median and went into a field.
Madsen had no apparent injuries but was shaken up. He was taken to the Worthington Hospital as a precaution.
The mishap took place shortly after noon.
