Man Pleads Guilty In Osceola Co. Burglary Case

(Sibley)– A Worthington, Minnesota man has pleaded guilty in Osceola county to attempted burglary in the third degree…an aggravated misdemeanor.

The charge was filed against 24-year-old Jeffrey John Tosch-Serrao in connection with a burglary in the fall of 2003 at Friendly Dental in Sibley.

Serrao was sentenced to 195 days in jail with 180 days suspended, along with a two-year informal probation.

He was also ordered to pay a one thousand dollar fine and a 30 percent surcharge.

Serrao also pleaded guilty to theft in the fifth degree, a simple misdemeanor, and was sentenced to 15 days in jail to be served concurrently with the sentence on the attempted burglary charge.
