(Heron Lake, Mn.)– A rural Heron Lake woman was injured in a one-vehicle rollover Tuesday near Heron Lake.
The Jackson County Sheriff’s Office says 37-year-old Lori Schaffer of rural Heron Lake was westbound on 910th Street when she lost control. The vehicle left the road and went into the south ditch where it rolled.
Schaffer was taken by ambulance to the Worthington hospital. There was no word on the extent of her injuries.
Two passengers in the vehicle, a three-year-old and a four-year-old, were not injured.
Moderate damage was reported to the vehicle.
The Jackson County Sheriff’s Office was assisted by the Heron Lake Police Department; Minnesota State Patrol; Heron Lake Fire Department; Heron Lake Ambulance and the Okabena Rescue Squad.
The mishap was reported shortly after 11:00 a.m. Tuesday. It remains under investigation.
