(Emmetsburg)– A rural Palo Alto county woman has been arrested after deputies found stolen property at her home on Sunday.
The Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office executed a search warrant at 5166 320th Street…the home of 27-year-old Stephanie Baas.
The search resulted in officers recovering items that had been stolen from a residence north of Emmetsburg.
Baas was charged with third degree burglary…a class “D” felony; and possession of stolen property…a simple misdemeanor.
She was booked into the Palo Alto county jail pending an initial court appearance.
