(Milford)– It’s official. RAGBRAI, the Register’s Annual Great Bike Ride Across Iowa, will be going through Milford.
City Administrator Brian Reed tells KUOO news his office received notification from the Des Moines Register Monday that this summer’s RAGBRAI route will be going through Milford as part of the second day’s leg of the ride from Sheldon to Estherville.
Reed says a townhall-informational meeting will be held February 10th at 7:00 p.m. to start organizing plans for the event.
RAGBRAI last went through Milford in 1996.
