(Little Rock)– A Fire Department in Lyon county has landed a sizable grant from the U-S Department of Homeland Security.
The Little Rock Fire Department will be getting 61-thousand dollars for equipment and training and safety programs.
Little Rock was one of eight Iowa Fire Departments awarded a million dollars in the latest round of funding from the Department of Homeland Security.
