(Sheldon)– The city of Sheldon, Sheldon Chamber of Commerce and the Sheldon Development Corporation are announcing the opening of a new 100-acre commercial, residential and light industrial development. It will be located next to the new four-lane Highway 60 expressway in Sheldon.
City officials say the first phase of the project will be open and ready for development yet this coming spring.
Detailed plans for the development will be presented at a press conference next week.
