I-90 Accident At Jackson Results In Personal Injury

(Jackson, Mn.)– The Minnesota State Patrol investigated a two-vehicle collision that resulted in personal injury shortly after 7:30 p.m. Friday on the eastbound lanes of Interstate 90 at the Jackson exit.

Authorities say vehicles driven by 44-year-old Douglas Rathke of Hutchinson, Minnesota and 22-year-old Scott Young of Sioux Falls collided in a rearend-type collision.

Rathke was taken to the Jackson Medical Center where he was treated for minor injuries and released. Young sought his own treatment.

A 1994 Chevrolet pickup Rathke was driving was totaled; moderate damage was reported to a 1998 Pontiac driven by Young.
