(Ruthven)– A Ruthven woman has been named “2005 Bully Bullhead Citizen of the Year”.
The Lost Island-Ruthven Betterment Association has selected Elsie Wichman for the honor.
She was recognized for her years of work with the Cemetery Association, Legion Auxiliary and the Ruthven Community Care Center.
Elsie was informed of the honor during the Legion Auxiliary meeting Tuesday. She’ll be recognized at a ceremony July 8th and will be the Grand Marshall for this year’s Bully Bullhead Parade July 8th.
