Fire Destroys Trailer Home Near Round Lake, Mn.

(Round Lake, Mn.)– A fire Monday evening destroyed a trailer home and out-building near Round Lake, Minnesota.

Round Lake Fire Chief Stephen Heimgartner says firefighters were called to 75572 340th Avenue near Round Lake shortly before 7:00 p.m. Heimgartner says the fire was already well underway when firefighters arrived. The trailer and a structure on the north side of it were destroyed.

The structures are owned by Paul Johnson of Round Lake.

No injuries were reported.

Heimgartner says the cause of the fire remains under investigation.

The Round Lake Fire Department was assisted by the Brewster Fire Department and the Jackson County Sheriff’s Office.
