Osceola Co. Traffic Stop Results In Charges Against E’Ville Man

November 22, 2014

(Sibley)– A traffic stop Sunday in Osceola county has resulted in charges against an Estherville man.

The Sheriff’s Office says 28-year-old Israel Adams of Estherville was pulled over for a traffic stop on Highway nine west of Ocheyedan.

Authorities learned through a license check that Adams had a barred driver’s license and did not have SR-22 insurance as required.

Adams was charged with driving while barred…an aggravated misdemeanor; and failure to have SR-22 insurance…a simple misdemeanor. He was booked into the Osceola county jail on bond of 6,825-dollars.
