(Spencer)– It’s another indecent exposure charge for a Spencer man–this time the alleged incident happened at his place of employment.
20-year-old Grant Uhe was arrested Monday on a sixth indecent exposure charge.
Uhe is accused of exposing himself to a customer at Staples in Spencer in April of this year. At the time, Uhe was an employee of the store and was helping the customer with a purchase.
This is the sixth indecent exposure charge to be filed against Uhe in the past month. He’s accused of exposing himself to workers at the Spencer Wal-Mart, Spencer Hy-Vee, McDonalds in Spencer and a female Clay County Jailer.
Uhe was booked into the Clay county jail and was later released on bond.
If convicted Uhe will be forced to register with the state as a sex offender.
