(Okoboji)– Some phoney money has been turning up recently in the Iowa Great Lakes Area.
The Iowa Great Lakes Area Chamber of Commerce alerted its business members late this week that atleast two fake twenty-dollar bills turned up Thursday at United Community Bank in Okoboji.
Businesses are being told to be extra vigilant when handling money. If you come across something out of the ordinary, contact your local law enforcement agency.
