New Clerk Of Court Appointed For Kossuth, Palo Alto Counties

(Emmetsburg)– Palo Alto and Kossuth counties have a new Clerk of Court.

District judges of the 3A Judicial Election sub-district have selected Mary Ellen Munn to serve in the post effective this coming January 7th.

Munn has worked in the Palo Alto County Clerk Office the past 23 years.

The current clerk for Palo Alto and Kossuth counties, Jeannine Snavely, is retiring after the first of the year after 27 years of service to the court.
