(Storm Lake)– An argument early this (Thurs.) morning outside a Storm Lake nightclub has landed four northwest Iowans behind bars on numerous charges.
Storm Lake Police say they were called to an incident at Malarky’s Night Club just before 2:00 a.m. They arrived to find four young men arguing in the parking lot. They soon determined several of them were intoxicated.
Police arrested four of the men. One of them, 21-year-old Brandon McQueen of Milford, resisted arrest and struggled with police for a short time. He was finally subdued and taken to the Buena Vista county jail. McQueen was charged with disorderly conduct, interference with official acts, assaulting a police officer and criminal mischief.
Both 22-year-old Kyle Hansen of Linn Grove and 21-year-old Matt Dose of Storm Lake were arrested for public intoxication.
And 21-year-old Joshua Daly of Spencer was arrested and charged with public intoxication and disorderly conduct.
All were booked into the Buena Vista county jail.
