(Spirit Lake)– Meeting in a rare Friday session, the Dickinson county board of supervisors approved a motion directing Assistant County Attorney Lonnie Saunders to request a legal opinion from the State Attorney General regarding the Lower Gar Outlet.
Just what exactly they’ll be requesting an opinion on is the question. Supervisors are to think of what they would like to have addressed and forward the questions to Saunders who will include them in a formal request.
