(Spencer)– A Spencer man faces drug charges after a Clay County K-9 deputy stopped him and another man as they were walking in the area of Fifth Avenue East and East Eighth Street in Spencer shortly before 2:00 this (Friday) morning.
The Clay County Sheriff’s Office says upon investigating, 18-year-old Terril Alfaro was found to be in possession of a large amount of what’s alleged to be marijuana, along with a large amount of cash.
Alfaro was arrested without incident. He was booked into the Clay county jail on charges of possession of marijuana with intent to deliver…a class “D” felony; and possession of drug paraphernalia.
