(Sibley)– A traffic stop over the Fourth of July weekend landed a Sibley man in jail on drunk driving and drug charges.
The Osceola County Sheriff’s Office says it stems from a traffic stop Saturday when a deputy pulled over a vehicle driven by 26-year-old David Gust of Sibley.
A subsequent investigation resulted in Gust being arrested on charges of operating while intoxicated…second offense; possession of a controlled substance; possession of drug paraphernalia; and failure to have a valid driver’s license.
Gust was booked into the Osceola county jail on a 3,300-dollar cash bond.
