(Sibley)– A hit-and-run collision has landed a Sibley man in jail on various charges.
The Osceola County Sheriff’s Office says it received a 911 call regarding the incident that happened last Wednesday at the Ocheyedan Pit.
Upon investigating deputies arrested 21-year-old Jose Lopez of Sibley. He was charged with driving while suspended, failure to provide proof of insurance, reckless driving and damage to vehicle…all simple misdemeanors.
Lopez was booked into the Osceola county jail on a three thousand dollar cash only bond.
