(Spencer)– Clay county authorities say they have a suspect in custody in connection with the alleged sexual abuse and assault of a 16-year-old female from Spencer.
The Clay County Sheriff’s Office says a 14-year-old Spencer boy is being held at the Youth Emergency Services Center in Cherokee.
Authorities say it stems from a complaint they received on July 3rd.
