Traffic Stop Results In Drug Charge Against Minnesota Man

November 22, 2014

(Spencer)– A Minnesota man faces a drug charge after a Clay County Sheriff’s Deputy pulled him over for allegedly speeding Thursday evening.

A check showed the driver of the vehicle, 23-year-old Dane Wagner of Excelsior, Minnesota, was wanted on a valid warrant out of Franklin county for failure to appear on marijuana charges.

The deputy located a small amount of what’s alleged to be marijuana on Wagner’s person as he was being booked into jail.

Wagner was charged with speeding and possession of marijuana.
