Deputies Find Suspect In Liquor Store Burglary In The Business’ Walk-in Cooler

(Sibley)– Authorities in Osceola county say they caught a suspect wanted in connection with a burglary at a liquor store in Sibley in the business’ walk-in cooler.

The Osceola County Sheriff’s Office says deputies were called to a report of a burglary in progress around 4:30 a.m. this (Wednesday) morning at J & M Liquor Store.

Upon arriving deputies found a broken window and a large screwdriver on the ground below.

Deputies entered the business and found 27-year-old Craig Ammerman of Sibley in a walk-in cooler.

Ammerman was arrested on charges of burglary in the third degree…a class “D” felony; and criminal mischief in the fourth degree…a serious misdemeanor.

Ammerman was booked into the Osceola county jail on bond of six thousand dollars.
