(West Bend)– A fight at a place where you’d probably least expect one landed three people in jail early Sunday.
The Palo Alto County Sheriff’s office says deputies were called to a report of a fight in front of the Grotto in West Bend around 2:20 a.m.
Upon arriving and following an investigation, authorities arrested 28-year-old Matthew Busher of Algona on charges of operating while intoxicated…third offense; and disorderly conduct.
Two other suspects in the case, 28-year-old Mark Mallory and 21-year-old Matthew Kollasch…both of Algona…were arrested on charges of disorderly conduct.
All three were booked into jail pending an initial appearance before a judge.
The Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office was assisted on the scene by the Kossuth County Sheriff’s Office and the Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Reserves.
