I-90 Motorcycle Crash Injures Ohio Couple

(Worthington, Mn.)– A motorcycle crash on Interstate 90 just west of Worthington over the weekend resulted in serious injuries to a couple from Ohio.

The Minnesota State Patrol says 50-year-old Patrick Dingman of Harveysburg, Ohio was driving a 2003 Honda eastbound when the bike blew a tire. Dingman lost control of the motorcycle, which went into the right ditch.

Dingman and a passenger, 48-year-old Adela Dingman of Harveysburg, Ohio, were both ejected from the bike. They were airlifted to a Sioux Falls hospital. There was no immediate word on their conditions or extent of injuries.

Severe damage was reported to the motorcycle.

The Mishap took place shortly before 5:00 p.m. Saturday.

The Minnesota State Patrol was assisted on the scene by the Nobles County Sheriff’s Office.
