(Royal)– The Clay County Sheriff’s Office says a suspect has been arrested in connection with an incident in which a water hydrant at the city park in Royal was vandalized recently.
Deputies say an investigation into the incident resulted in the arrest Sunday of 18-year-old Mitchell Trierweiler of Spencer. He was charged with criminal mischief in the fourth degree and was booked into the Clay county jail on a one thousand dollar cash or surety bond.
