(Spencer)– A Spencer woman has been promoted to lead Iowa Lakes Community College in academics as well as the Spencer campus.
Judy Cook has nearly three decades of experience with the college. She officially began her new duties July 1st.
In her new capacity, Cook will serve as the college’s Chief Academic Officer in addition to her duties as leader of the Spencer campus.
She will also oversee supervisors of both the Algona and Spirit Lake campuses as well as Distance and Global Education and Secondary programming.
Cook also continues her duties as head of the Planning and Development offices at Iowa Lakes.
Cook will be based at the Spencer campus most days.
