(Sibley)– A Harris man has pleaded guilty to a charge of domestic abuse assault causing bodily injury…a serious misdemeanor.
65-year-old Raymond Tryon of Harris was ordered to pay a 745-dollar fine along with court appointed attorney fees and any victim restitution.
Tryon was also sentenced to 30 days imprisonment with 27 days suspended, and was placed on informal probation with the Osceola County Sheriff’s Office for two years.
Tryon was also ordered to successfully complete a domestic abuse intervention program and was ordered to undergo a mental health evaluation and to comply with treatment recommendations.
The charge against Tryon stems from information the Osceola County Sheriff’s Office received on July 3rd of this year regarding an 83-year-old woman that had been beaten about the face and neck by her son in Harris.
