(Spencer)– Authorities say charges are pending in connection with a single-vehicle rollover Friday in Clay county that injured a Spencer man.
The Clay County Sheriff’s Office says 45-year-old Gregory Durst of Spencer was driving a 2004 Chevrolet Metro southbound in the 3100 block of 230th Avenue when he lost control. Deputies say the vehicle went into the ditch and rolled several times.
Durst was taken by ambulance to Spencer Hospital with several lacerations to his head. He was being held for further evaluation.
The crash took place shortly before 7:00 a.m. Friday.
The Clay County Sheriff’s Office was assisted by Spencer Emergency Response and Fostoria Fire and Rescue.
