(Spencer)– Clay county authorities have arrested a Hartley man wanted on several warrants.
The Clay County Sheriff’s Office says 22-year-old Joe Engelkes was arrested last Thursday evening in the 400 block of First Avenue West in Spencer.
Authorities say Engelkes was wanted on two Clay county warrants for assault causing bodily injury…a class “D” felony; and violation of probation for the original charges of burglary in the third degree and aiding and abetting.
Englekes is being held in the Clay county jail on a 15-thousand dollar cash or surety bond.
