(Ruthven)– Authorities are investigating a break-in at a local school.
The Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office says the Ruthven-Ayrshire school in Ruthven was broken into either late Tuesday or early Wednesday.
Deputies say entry was gained by breaking out a basement window on the southeast side of the building.
An undetermined amount of money and two bottles of prescription medication were reported missing.
