(Emmetsburg)– An Emmetsburg man wanted on warrants for sexual abuse was arrested over the weekend in Palo Alto county.
The Sheriff’s Office says 27-year-old Rodney DeMoss, Junior was wanted on the valid warrant for four counts of sexual abuse…all class “B” felonies.
DeMoss was transported without incident to the Palo Alto county jail where he was unable to post a 130-thousand dollar cash-only bond.
He remained held pending an appearance before a Magistrate.
Authorities say the arrest was the result of a joint investigation involving the Emmetsburg Police Department, Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office, the Palo Alto County Attorney’s Office and the Iowa Department of Human Services.
