(Spencer)– A Dickinson county man wanted on a warrant was taken into custody over the weekend in Clay county.
The Sheriff’s Office says a deputy made contact Sunday with 28-year-old Nathaniel Wolthuis at 2745 160th Avenue during a warrant check.
Wolthuis was placed under arrest upon the deputy discovering he was wanted on a 90-day mittimus for the original charge of domestic abuse assault, third degree.
Wolthuis was transported to the Clay/Dickinson county line where he was turned over to a Dickinson county deputy.
