(Sibley)– A Doon, Iowa man has been arrested in connection with a burglary back in September of this year at an Ashton restaurant.
The Osceola County Sheriff’s Office says based on an investigation, deputies arrested 39-year-old Jeremy Rutledge Tuesday on a charge of third degree burglary…a class “D” felony…in connection with the incident at Pete’s in Ashton.
Rutledge is already being held in the Lyon county jail in Rock Rapids on similar charges.
