(Jackson, Mn.)– A mishap Friday involving an all-terrain-vehicle has claimed the life of a rural Jackson, Minnesota man.
The Jackson County Sheriff’s Office says 68-year-old William Edlin was riding an A-T-V in Middletown Township when the four-wheeler overturned, pinning him underneath.
Edlin was taken by ambulance to Sanford Jackson Medical Center where he was pronounced dead.
The Jackson County Sheriff’s Office says it was notified of the incident around 4:40 p.m. Friday.
Deputies were assisted on the scene by the Minnesota State Patrol and the Jackson ambulance.
The Sheriff’s Office says the mishap remains under investigation.
