(Spirit Lake)– Operations are starting to get back to normal at area post offices following last week’s massive snow storm.
Spirit Lake Post Master Jack Daniels tells KUOO news there was no mail delivery Saturday as none of the trucks from Sioux City could make it in. He says the trucks have since resumed their normal schedules and that mail delivery will resume today (Monday) in cities and rural areas…where possible. Daniels says carriers have been told not to attempt delivery in areas that haven’t been plowed or shoveled out.
