(Spirit Lake)– The execution of a search warrant Wednesday of a Spirit Lake residence resulted in the arrests of two Spirit Lake residents.
Spirit Lake police say the search was conducted around 11:00 a.m. at 1512 Erie Avenue. It resulted in the arrest of 27-year-old Ryan Petersen who was charged with domestic abuse assault-first offense…a simple misdemeanor; child endangerment…an aggravated misdemeanor; possession of a controlled substance-marijuana…a serious misdemeanor; and possession of drug paraphernalia…a simple misdemeanor.
22-year-old Lacey Lundberg was charged with child endangerment…an aggravated misdemeanor; possession of a controlled substance-marijuana…a serious misdemeanor; and possession of drug paraphernalia…a simple misdemeanor.
Spirit Lake police were assisted by the Iowa Department of Human Services.
