(Spirit Lake)– Last week’s first public H1N1 vaccination clinic in Dickinson county is being deemed a huge success.
That word from Mary Dunleavy of Dickinson County Public Health who says they administered some 900 doses of vaccine at the clinic.
She thanks all the community volunteers who assisted with the clinic.
Dunleavy says they have some vaccine left over and continue to receive additional shipments. She says another public clinic will be scheduled soon, adding they’re still working on the details. We’ll pass those along as soon we receive them.
Dunleavy urges those who have been putting off getting the vaccine to get it soon, saying another outbreak of H1N1 is likely later in January and February.
