(Okoboji)– A lakes area business will change hands after the first of the year.
Bob and Kate Shaw announced today (Thursday) they’re selling Shaws of Okoboji to Michael Webb and his wife, Dr. Michelle Schwartz, effective in January.
The name of the business will remain the same, along with services, with the addition of woodwork installation including woodwork trim installation along with custom finishes and trim packages.
Bob Shaw will remain in the business the next three to five years managing paint projects.
Webb comes from a family corporate career of product engineering and development through Institutional Equipment Incorporated of Emmetsburg. His wife, Dr. Michelle Schwartz, runs a chiropractic office in Spirit Lake.
