Everly Teen Faces Assault, Possession Of Stolen Property Charges

November 22, 2014

(Everly)– A stolen IPOD and a confrontation with a fellow student has resulted in charges being filed against an Everly juvenile.

The Clay County Sheriff’s Office says the 14-year-old…who’s name hasn’t been released…was charged with possession of stolen property and simple assault. The juvenile was released to the custody of his parents pending a juvenile court hearing.

Authorities say the teen was allegedly in possession of a stolen Apple IPOD Touch and was also reported by another juvenile as being assaultive toward him while at school.
