November 22, 2014

(Webb)– Six juveniles and one adult face charges in connection with an underage drinking party this past Saturday in Clay county.

The Sheriff’s Office says deputies were called around 1:30 a.m. Saturday to 516 Church Street in Webb based on a complaint of an underage party at that location. Most of the partygoers had already feld the scene by the time authorities arrived, with the exception of five 17-year-old juvenile males–two from Webb, two from Laurens and one from Albert City, along with one 15-year-old juvenile female from Sioux Rapids, one 16-year-old juvenile male from Webb and a 19-year-old female from Peterson.

Authorities say six juveniles were tested and cited into juvenile court for underage alcohol possession and were released to a parent or guardian; one the 17-year-old males from Webb was cited into juvenile court for underage alcohol possession and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was released to a guardian.

19-year-old Kelsey Schultz of Peterson was cited and released for underage alcohol possession.
